Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator (Non-Technical) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of various non-technical projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at project administration, stakeholder communication, and workflow management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with Eskoms strategic objectives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys coordinating complex initiatives.
Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple non-technical projects.
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and management to ensure smooth project progression.
Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for management.
Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support risk management activities by identifying potential delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with Eskoms policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
Assist in resource allocation and coordination across various projects.
Maintain accurate project documentation, databases, and records.
Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in project coordination, administration, or similar roles.
Prior experience in a corporate, utility, or engineering-related environment is preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Full-time position.
Standard working hours with flexibility as required to meet project deadlines.
Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be necessary depending on project demands.
