Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Assistant (OA) to provide essential support to the National Park Service team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and timely administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for supporting operational excellence in a dynamic governmental environment.
As part of our team, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the National Park Service, supporting key administrative tasks that help maintain high standards of public service and operational success.
Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management and staff.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support onboarding and coordination of new team members, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and project tracking.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and internal meetings as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Experience supporting government agencies or large organizations is an advantage.
Familiarity with office procedures, records management, and report preparation.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Typical office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Flexibility may be required to support special projects or events.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and document management.
