Walmart is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to support our corporate operations in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and department teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and databases with confidentiality and precision.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications for management.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics as needed.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing tasks effectively.

  • Support HR and operations teams with onboarding, compliance documentation, and other administrative tasks.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative projects to improve workflow efficiency and departmental productivity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive, professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience supporting bilingual teams or interacting with Spanish-speaking clients is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with HR or operations functions is a plus.


Working Hours

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.

  • Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required for special projects or executive support.
