Wayfair is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is comfortable managing complex schedules, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow management. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials
Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Coordinate virtual meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups
Support strategic initiatives by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables
Handle expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation accurately and on time
Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc executive requests as required
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience as an Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant
Prior experience supporting C-level or senior leadership in a corporate environment preferred
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable
Full-time, remote position
Standard business hours with flexibility to support executives across different time zones as needed
Strong understanding of executive-level business operations
Ability to anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
