Job Summary

Home Depot is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker & Deliveries professionals to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

• Prepare orders for outbound delivery, ensuring correct labeling and documentation

• Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

• Inspect products for damage, quality, and quantity accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace

• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies

• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, delivery teams, and inventory staff

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand pick lists, labels, and delivery instructions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good physical stamina; ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items

• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience with order picking, packing, or delivery preparation is an advantage

• Training will be provided for motivated entry-level candidates

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs

• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods
