Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and services.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of store products, promotions, and services to effectively support sales.

  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.

  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to store standards.

  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising activities.

  • Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

  • Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policies at all times.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
