We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist to provide dedicated After-Hours Business Support for our diverse clientele. This is a 100% remote position that serves as the professional face of various businesses after their standard office hours conclude.
This role is perfect for moms or individuals who need a daytime-free schedule. You will handle inbound inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure that every caller receives a high-quality experience, all from the comfort of your home office.
Inbound Call Management: Professionally answer calls for law firms, medical offices, and service-based businesses during evening shifts.
Message Routing: Accurately take messages and dispatch urgent information to the appropriate on-call staff members.
Appointment Scheduling: Use digital calendar tools (like Calendly or Microsoft Outlook) to book consultations and follow-up appointments.
Basic Troubleshooting: Provide callers with basic information regarding business hours, service offerings, and office locations.
Client Interaction: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone, ensuring brand consistency for our various clients.
Hours: Primarily Evening Shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 6:00 PM – Midnight).
Weekend Availability: Opportunities for weekend shifts are also available for those looking to maximize their hours.
Work Environment: 100% Virtual. No travel or physical office attendance is required.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
Multitasking: Ability to navigate between multiple computer screens and software programs while talking on the phone.
Technical Setup: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.
Reliability: Since you are providing after-hours support, punctuality and consistency are critical for this role.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or as a front-desk receptionist is preferred but not required.
Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, with potential shift differentials for late-night or holiday coverage.
