Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational BPO organization, is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Late Night Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, thrive in problem-solving, and are comfortable working during night hours to provide exceptional support to our international clients. As a key point of contact for customers, you will ensure queries are resolved efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with company standards.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to higher management.
Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
High level of computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
Professional attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments preferred but not mandatory.
Experience dealing with international clients is a plus.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or as assigned) to accommodate international time zones.
