Greet and assist customers at the pharmacy counter with a courteous and professional attitude.
Process prescription and over-the-counter medicine transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide information on products, dosage instructions, and general health guidance as per pharmacy protocols.
Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure expiry dates are monitored and recorded.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work areas.
Handle cash, digital payments, and billing accurately.
Coordinate with pharmacists to clarify prescription details and resolve customer queries.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and confidentiality regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in pharmacy assistance is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, or healthcare-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
