Job Summary:

Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a flexible work-from-home opportunity, allowing individuals to contribute to Flipkarts growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse roles within Flipkart.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely recruitment data.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns, job postings, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Support HR team with ad-hoc recruitment-related projects as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or e-commerce setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation abilities.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment software/tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

  • Prior experience in a remote or work-from-home setup is advantageous.


Working Hours:

  • Part-time role with flexible working hours, typically 4–6 hours per day.

  • Candidates must be able to meet deadlines and participate in scheduled virtual meetings.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Analytical mindset for evaluating candidates and making informed recruitment decisions.

  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
