Amazon is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Receptionist & Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our corporate office. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Amazon Corporate.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.

  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate orders as needed.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office events.

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and communication.

  • Maintain office security protocols, including visitor sign-ins and access badges.

  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects to support team and leadership needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in reception, administrative, or office coordination roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office technology.

  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service orientation.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or front-desk/receptionist roles.

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate or large-scale office environment is highly preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional flexibility for special events or projects.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
