Amazon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator – Global Supply Chain to support its fast-paced, global operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative, logistical, and operational activities across supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact, managing schedules, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to enable efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of supply chain initiatives.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment while supporting senior leaders and operational teams across regions.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Global Supply Chain leaders and operational teams
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and global conference calls across time zones
Prepare, maintain, and manage supply chain documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations
Track key operational metrics, action items, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
Support procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination processes
Maintain accurate records, contracts, invoices, and compliance documentation
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners
Assist in process improvement initiatives and support project coordination activities
Ensure adherence to Amazons operational standards, data confidentiality, and compliance policies
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with senior leadership
Experience working with data, reports, and operational documentation
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, supply chain, or coordination role
Prior experience supporting global or cross-functional teams is highly preferred
Exposure to supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations environments is an advantage
Experience in large, fast-paced organizations or multinational companies preferred
Full-time position
Standard business hours with flexibility to support global teams across multiple time zones
Occasional extended hours may be required during peak operational periods or critical projects
Strong understanding of administrative best practices and operational workflows
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
