Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Assistant (PA) – Inbound Operations to support daily warehouse and fulfillment center activities. In this role, you will work closely with Area Managers and Operations teams to ensure inbound processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The Process Assistant plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining productivity standards, and supporting frontline associates to meet Amazons customer promise.
Support and coordinate daily inbound operations, including receiving, stowing, and inventory flow.
Assist Area Managers in executing shift plans, labor allocation, and workflow optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, safety, and attendance.
Provide real-time support and guidance to associates on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify process gaps, escalate issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Amazon safety policies and promote a strong safety culture on the floor.
Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching of new and existing associates.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, logs, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact during shifts to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example and influence teams without direct authority.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment preferred.
Prior experience in a supervisory, team lead, or coordinator role is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong operational aptitude and leadership potential may also be considered.
Full-time position with rotational shifts, including day, night, weekends, and holidays as required.
Overtime may be required during peak seasons to support business needs.
Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing and walking for extended periods.
