We are offering a flexible Part-Time Administrative Assistant role specifically designed for female students currently enrolled in university. You will support our team with daily operational tasks, document management, and digital coordination, providing a perfect stepping stone into the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Coordination: Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing digital folders to ensure easy data retrieval.

  • Schedule Management: Helping coordinate internal meetings and updating team calendars.

  • Communication: Handling professional email correspondence and managing the front-desk inquiries when necessary.

  • Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records in our database (client info, inventory, or expenses).

  • Event Support: Assisting in the preparation for student workshops, seminars, or office meetings.


Requirements:

  • Student Status: Must be a currently enrolled female student (Undergraduate or Postgraduate).

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Bilingualism (Arabic) is a strong advantage.

  • Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, punctual, and possessing a professional phone manner.

  • Visa: Must be on a Student Visa or Parental/Spouse Sponsorship with a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).


Work Details:

  • Shift Options: * Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

    • Flexible days (3 or 4 days a week) can be discussed.

  • Location: Remote

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or fixed monthly stipend.
