Delta Airlines, a global leader in aviation and customer service, is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Sales Agents to join our team. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will assist passengers with flight bookings, ticket changes, and travel information, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to ticket confirmation. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking flight reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, pricing, promotions, and Delta Airlines policies.
Process ticket purchases, refunds, and exchanges using airline reservation systems.
Identify opportunities to upsell services such as seat upgrades, baggage options, and travel packages.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high standards of customer service.
Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation platforms and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, travel, or airline reservation support preferred.
Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage.
Flexible remote schedule with shifts aligned to Delta Airlines operational hours.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
Strong knowledge of airline booking processes, fare rules, and travel regulations.
Ability to understand and communicate complex travel itineraries clearly.
