Job Summary

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth airport operations, delivering an exceptional experience to passengers, and supporting the safe and efficient handling of all airport activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and ticketing procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Manage gate operations, including coordinating boarding and deplaning procedures efficiently and safely.

  • Support flight crews by coordinating baggage handling, aircraft servicing, and operational readiness.

  • Ensure compliance with airport security regulations, safety protocols, and airline policies.

  • Resolve passenger inquiries, complaints, and irregular operations with professionalism and urgency.

  • Collaborate with other airport departments, including ramp, security, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless airport operations.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting operational activities, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate flight logs.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse passenger needs.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with airline reservation and operational systems.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.


Experience

  • Previous experience in airport operations, customer service, or the travel/aviation industry is preferred.

  • Experience with baggage handling, ticketing, or flight coordination is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, variable shifts based on flight schedules.

  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
