Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide personalized travel assistance, including booking modifications, ticketing support, loyalty program guidance, and travel advisories.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Reservations, and Airport Services to resolve complex cases.
Maintain accurate customer records in Deltas systems while following data protection and privacy policies.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback across multiple channels, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay informed on airline policies, global travel regulations, and Deltas service offerings to provide accurate guidance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or customer service software.
Knowledge of global travel regulations, airline procedures, and reservation systems (GDS knowledge is advantageous).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, travel, or airline-related roles.
Previous experience in handling complex customer interactions or complaints in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Experience with global customers and cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
Full-time position with flexible schedules to accommodate 24/7 global customer support needs.
