JetBlue Airways is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused International Flight Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, assisting customers with their travel plans, and ensuring a seamless booking experience through global distribution systems (GDS). Manage and process international flight reservations accurately using GDS platforms.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding flight availability, fare options, and travel policies.
Provide guidance on travel itineraries, connecting flights, baggage policies, and other relevant travel information.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently, adhering to company policies and airline regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams and partner airlines to resolve booking discrepancies or special passenger requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback for reporting and quality purposes.
Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services, such as travel insurance, seat selection, or loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, airline policies, and safety standards.
Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Strong understanding of international airline ticketing, fare structures, and travel documentation requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in airline reservations, travel consultancy, or customer service in the aviation sector.
Hands-on experience with international flight bookings and fare calculations is highly preferred.
Full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
Rotational schedule to accommodate global passenger inquiries across time zones.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex travel requests.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with airline policies, IATA regulations, and international travel documentation.
Capability to adapt quickly to changes in travel rules, fare structures, and operational procedures.
