Hulu is seeking a highly motivated Streaming Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Experience team. This is a non-voice, chat-based support role focused on providing exceptional assistance to Hulu subscribers. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Hulus streaming platform, including devices, applications, and account management.

  • Identify and escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance to customers on product features, billing, subscriptions, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hulus products, promotions, and technical updates.

  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a non-voice or chat-based environment.

  • Previous experience in streaming services, OTT platforms, or tech support is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role, 5 days a week with flexible scheduling options.

  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.

  • Primarily remote or hybrid work model depending on location.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient in typing, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting internet connectivity, device compatibility, and app functionality.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-volume chat queues.

  • Adaptability to evolving product features and policy updates.
