Job Summary

This role is integral to delivering exceptional support to our customers by addressing inquiries related to health plans, pharmacy benefits, and healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding healthcare plans, pharmacy services, and general inquiries.

  • Accurately verify customer information, process claims, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Educate customers on CVS Health products, services, and benefits, ensuring they understand their options.

  • Document customer interactions, updates, and actions taken in internal systems following company protocols.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and CVS Health policies to protect sensitive information.

  • Achieve performance targets for call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn healthcare processes quickly.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy operations.

  • Experience with healthcare claims, benefits administration, or electronic health record systems is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible schedules may be available, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

  • Core hours and shift preferences will be discussed during the interview process.
