Startup Inno is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Customer Success professional fluent in Spanish and Portuguese to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships. The Customer Success professional will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support, guidance, and value from our products and services. This is a PJ (freelance/contract) position, providing flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a startup setting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking regions.
Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup and best practices to maximize product adoption.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.
Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing timely, personalized support.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements.
Prepare reports on customer success metrics, usage trends, and feedback insights.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and support documentation in both Spanish and Portuguese.
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
Comfortable working independently in a remote/flexible PJ setup.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
Previous experience in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment is highly desirable.
Proven track record of managing and retaining accounts in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Flexible hours with the expectation of full availability during key business hours in Spanish and Portuguese markets.
