Startup Inno is seeking a results-driven Paid Traffic Manager (Meta & Google Ads) to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple monthly projects. This role is ideal for a performance marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands data deeply, and can translate marketing objectives into scalable paid media strategies. You will play a critical role in driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for diverse clients and internal initiatives.
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Develop monthly media plans aligned with project goals, budgets, and KPIs.
Perform continuous campaign optimization, including bid strategies, audience targeting, creatives, and landing page alignment.
Monitor daily performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
Analyze data and prepare clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid media.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation across campaigns and channels.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain performance and strategy clearly.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid traffic campaigns with measurable results.
Experience working with monthly projects, agencies, startups, or multiple clients is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving ROI.
