We are seeking a highly poised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant (Female) to support the Senior Leadership team of a prestigious 5-Star Hotel Group in Dubai. In this high-profile role, you will act as the primary gatekeeper and representative for the executive office. You will manage the intricate balance of high-level administrative tasks and luxury hospitality management, ensuring that operations at the executive level are as seamless as the guest experience on the property.
Complex Calendar Management: Coordinate high-priority meetings, VIP site visits, and international travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
Gatekeeping & Liaison: Manage all incoming communications, filtering inquiries and acting as a bridge between the Executive Office, Department Heads, and external stakeholders.
Meeting Governance: Attend executive board meetings to record minutes, track action items, and follow up on progress to ensure deadlines are met.
VIP Guest Relations: Assist in the coordination of high-net-worth (HNW) guests and government officials, ensuring all protocol and Royal Service standards are upheld.
Document Control: Draft professional correspondence, create high-impact Board presentations, and manage sensitive, confidential corporate contracts.
Event Coordination: Oversee the planning of executive retreats, internal town halls, and high-level stakeholder dinners.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as an EA or PA, with at least 2 years within a Luxury Hospitality (5-Star) or Corporate Real Estate environment in the UAE.
Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. The ability to speak Arabic, French, or Russian is highly advantageous for this global hospitality group.
Presentation: Impeccable professional grooming and a demeanour that reflects the standards of a world-class 5-star brand.
Organizational Mastery: Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.
Discretion: Absolute commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive commercial and personal data.
Software: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Systems: Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus but not mandatory.
Digital Tools: Proficiency in travel management platforms and digital signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
Location: Dubai, UAE (Primary Hotel Location/Corporate Office).
Schedule: Full-Time (Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility required during peak season or major events).
