We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Online Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, this position focuses exclusively on Inbound Leads. You will be responding to potential customers who have already expressed interest in our products via our website, social media ads, or webinar sign-ups. Your goal is to provide expert consultations, overcome objections, and close sales without the friction of hunting for prospects.
Lead Response: Engage with warm leads instantly via phone, live chat, or email to capitalize on their high intent.
Consultative Selling: Ask discovery questions to understand the customers pain points and demonstrate how our solution solves them.
Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our product features, pricing tiers, and competitive advantages.
Pipeline Management: Use our CRM to track leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups for those who did not buy on the first call.
Closing: Confidently guide the customer through the checkout process and handle any last-minute price or contract objections.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the Marketing team regarding lead quality and common customer questions.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer-facing role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to build rapport quickly over digital channels.
Mindset: Highly resilient with a closer mentality, yet customer-centric enough to prioritize the right fit.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable multitasking between chat windows, CRM systems, and VOIP phones.
CRM: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
Communication Tools: Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and RingCentral (or similar VOIP software).
Speed: Ability to type at least 45+ WPM for efficient live chat responses.
Remote Setup: A dedicated, quiet home office with high-speed internet (Ethernet connection preferred).
Shift: Multiple shifts available (including weekends) to cover peak inbound traffic.
Mode: 100% Remote.
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Earn more based on your conversion rate).
Training: 1 week of paid virtual product training and sales scripts.
No Cold Calling: Zero outbound hunting—every person you talk to wants to hear from you.
Quality Leads: Our marketing team does the heavy lifting to fill your calendar.
