American Express is seeking a dedicated Premium Card Member Advocate to deliver world-class service to our premium card members. As a key member of our customer care team, you will act as the first point of contact for our high-value clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions. This role demands exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences that reflect the American Express brand.
Serve as the primary point of contact for premium card members via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Understand and resolve complex account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on member needs and preferences.
Maintain detailed records of member interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve member concerns while ensuring a seamless experience.
Uphold American Express standards of service excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional member experience.
Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with premium clients.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Adaptability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in financial services, banking, or premium account management.
Previous experience with high-net-worth or premium clients is highly desirable.
Full-time role, 5 days per week.
Flexibility in shifts may be required to support member needs across different time zones.
In-depth knowledge of credit card products, services, and banking operations.
Strong analytical skills to assess member issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
