Job Summary

American Express is seeking a dedicated Premium Card Member Advocate to deliver world-class service to our premium card members. As a key member of our customer care team, you will act as the first point of contact for our high-value clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium card members via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Understand and resolve complex account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and solutions based on member needs and preferences.

  • Maintain detailed records of member interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve member concerns while ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Uphold American Express standards of service excellence, ensuring consistent delivery of an exceptional member experience.

  • Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to members.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with premium clients.

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in financial services, banking, or premium account management.

  • Previous experience with high-net-worth or premium clients is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role, 5 days per week.

  • Flexibility in shifts may be required to support member needs across different time zones.
