Amazon India is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Virtual Customer Service (VCS) team. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers, providing exceptional service across various channels including phone, email, and chat. As a VCS Associate, you will engage with customers, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to Amazons mission of being Earths most customer-centric company.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience while adhering to Amazon policies and guidelines.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Document and update customer information accurately in the internal systems.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Meet individual and team performance metrics while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional regional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing time effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, internet browsing, email).
Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or virtual support environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with e-commerce platforms or technology-driven customer support is an added advantage.
