Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our international SaaS operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our global clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction with Amazons software solutions. This role combines problem-solving, communication, and technical proficiency to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between Amazon and its international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with SaaS products.

  • Support clients with onboarding, product implementation, and adoption to maximize value from Amazon solutions.

  • Proactively monitor client accounts, identifying opportunities for product utilization, upsell, and retention.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Technical Support to resolve complex issues.

  • Document client interactions, feedback, and process improvements in internal systems accurately and timely.

  • Analyze trends in customer behavior and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field.

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.

  • Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud technologies, or software support is preferred.

  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.


Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in an international or SaaS environment.

  • Experience working with diverse clients across multiple time zones is an advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Fixed schedule with weekends off.

  • Shifts aligned with international client time zones (may include early mornings or evenings depending on client location).

  • Full-time role with remote or on-site flexibility, depending on Amazon policy.
