HDFC Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to join our Premium Banking Support team. This role involves handling high-value client interactions through both voice and email channels, ensuring superior service quality and timely resolution of client requests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering personalized banking solutions to our premium clientele. Provide prompt and accurate assistance to premium banking clients via phone and email.
Understand client needs and deliver personalized banking solutions, including account services, investment guidance, and product information.
Handle complex client queries with professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up and timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Stay updated on bank products, policies, and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate information.
Bachelors degree in any discipline; a focus on finance, commerce, or business is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address client queries efficiently.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and banking software.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer support roles.
Prior experience in premium or priority banking support is highly desirable.
5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Shift timings may vary based on business requirements but will be communicated in advance.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion.
