Job Summary

Flipkart, one of Indias leading e-commerce marketplaces, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Support Executives (Non-Voice) to join our growing remote support team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through chat and email support channels.

As a Non-Voice Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining Flipkarts high standards of service quality. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, refunds, and account management

  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and solution-oriented responses

  • Follow company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Meet individual and team performance metrics such as response time, quality, and productivity

  • Adapt quickly to process updates, tools, and customer service guidelines


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage)

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail

  • Good typing speed and accuracy


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or e-commerce support roles preferred

  • Prior experience in non-voice/chat/email support will be an added advantage


Working Hours

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

  • Rotational shifts, including day, evening, or night shifts

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of customer service principles and best practices

  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions efficiently

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
