Job Summary

Amazon is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented HR Recruiters (IT/Non-IT) to join our talent acquisition network on a freelance, commission-based model. This role is ideal for experienced recruiters and HR professionals who are passionate about sourcing top talent and want the flexibility to work independently while earning attractive commissions per successful hire.

As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across multiple business units. You will act as a talent partner, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with Amazons high standards and culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT positions across various levels

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and databases

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Meet or exceed hiring targets within defined timelines

  • Adhere to Amazons recruitment policies, confidentiality, and compliance standards


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to assess candidate suitability effectively

  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Results-driven mindset with strong time management skills


Experience

  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • Experience hiring for IT roles (developers, testers, support, engineers) and/or Non-IT roles (BPO, sales, operations, admin, HR, finance, etc.)

  • Prior experience as a freelance recruiter or commission-based recruiter is an added advantage
