Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive (Excel/MIS) to support operations for our logistics business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing data, preparing reports, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. This position is well-suited for individuals who are analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel

  • Enter, verify, and manage operational data related to logistics, shipments, and inventory

  • Analyze data and generate performance, productivity, and operational reports

  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to collect accurate information

  • Track delivery status, dispatch details, and turnaround times

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all reports

  • Assist management with ad-hoc reports and presentations

  • Maintain proper documentation and back-office records

  • Support process improvements through data insights and reporting


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts)

  • Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data management

  • Good understanding of logistics or supply chain operations (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

  • Good communication and coordination skills


Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in a back office, MIS, data management, or logistics support role

  • Freshers with strong Excel and reporting skills are encouraged to apply

  • Prior experience in a logistics, transport, or warehouse environment is an advantage


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

  • Day shift (timings may vary based on operational requirements)
