Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are passionate about education, sales, and helping learners achieve their career goals. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments. Fluency in Hindi is essential, as you will primarily interact with Hindi-speaking customers across India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with prospective students via phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EdTech courses and programs.

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments by delivering persuasive sales pitches.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Provide timely follow-ups and nurture leads to ensure a high conversion ratio.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear information about course offerings, pricing, and benefits.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); basic English proficiency preferred.

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

  • High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and customer-centric approach.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced EdTech startup environment.


Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, EdTech sales, or a related field.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, or outbound/inbound sales will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position (6 days a week).

  • Rotational or fixed shifts as per business requirements.

  • Day shifts with flexibility during peak admission cycles.

  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion processes.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

  • Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and objections.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
