Job Summary

MNC BPO is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our global customer service operations. This is a non-voice role, ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who have strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You will interact with international customers via chat and email, providing timely, accurate, and professional support while representing a world-class brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels

  • Document interactions clearly and update customer records in CRM systems

  • Adhere to quality standards, response time SLAs, and compliance guidelines

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, products, and policies

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Good typing speed with accuracy

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • 0–2 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or chat/email support is an advantage but not mandatory


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per international business requirements)

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

  • Flexible schedules based on project needs
