MNC BPO is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our global customer service operations. This is a non-voice role, ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who have strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You will interact with international customers via chat and email, providing timely, accurate, and professional support while representing a world-class brand.
Handle customer queries through live chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
Document interactions clearly and update customer records in CRM systems
Adhere to quality standards, response time SLAs, and compliance guidelines
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, products, and policies
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Good typing speed with accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Freshers are welcome to apply
0–2 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or chat/email support is an advantage but not mandatory
Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per international business requirements)
5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs
