Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.

  • Maintain compliance with company standards, quality parameters, and call handling procedures.

  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call quality and productivity targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).

  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call-handling systems.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Experience

  • Fresher to 3 years of experience in customer support, call center, or voice process roles.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in BPO, KPO, or service-based environments will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Rotational shifts / Day shifts (as per business requirements)

  • 5–6 working days per week with rotational weekly offs
