As a Virtual Chat Support Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless digital support experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, payments, and product information.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with other teams to provide quick solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Uphold Amazons high standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi, adapting tone and style to meet customer needs.

  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with chat platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.


Experience

Working Hours
