Startup Inno is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Growth Manager (SEO/PPC) to lead our performance marketing initiatives and accelerate scalable growth. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across organic and paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization strategies to fuel business expansion in a fast-paced startup environment.
Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital growth strategies across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and other performance channels.
Own end-to-end SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content optimization, and backlink growth.
Plan, manage, and scale paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV optimization.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and funnels to continuously improve performance.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging performance marketing tools and techniques.
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and PPC platforms such as Google Ads and social ad networks.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
4–7 years of hands-on experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through SEO and paid acquisition channels.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
Experience managing sizable paid media budgets and scaling campaigns efficiently.
