Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to package deliveries, delays, and operational issues.
Monitor and track deliveries, proactively identifying and resolving potential disruptions.
Collaborate closely with delivery drivers, station managers, and operational teams to ensure smooth operations.
Document and communicate customer concerns, feedback, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in improving processes by providing insights from customer interactions to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with Amazons policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle high volumes of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations efficiently.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience using customer service management systems or CRM tools is a plus.
Full-time position; schedules may vary and may include weekends or evenings depending on operational needs.
Flexibility to accommodate peak delivery periods is essential.
Knowledge of delivery logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage.
