Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon seller partners, providing timely and accurate support via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve inquiries related to seller accounts, product listings, orders, payments, and policy compliance.
Identify trends and recurring issues to provide feedback to management and improve processes.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to higher-level teams while maintaining accountability for case ownership.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of seller interactions and case resolutions in internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that enhance the seller experience.
Uphold Amazons quality and productivity standards while ensuring a professional and positive seller experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficient in using computers, web applications, and Microsoft Office tools.

Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce support, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with online marketplaces or seller platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
Full-time role with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
