We are looking for a highly organized and persuasive Appointment Coordinator / Call Center Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, acting as the bridge between potential customers and our sales or professional teams.

Your primary goal is to manage schedules effectively, qualify leads through meaningful conversation, and ensure that our calendars stay full of high-quality appointments. This is a 100% Work-from-Home position that rewards clear communication and excellent time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients to determine their needs and eligibility for our services.

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and book appointments using digital scheduling tools, ensuring there are no overlaps and that all parties receive confirmation.

  • Follow-up Excellence: Reach out to warm leads who have expressed interest via our website or social media to move them through the booking funnel.

  • Database Management: Accurately update customer profiles in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with notes from every interaction.

  • Reminder Coordination: Send automated and manual reminders via call, text, or email to reduce no-show rates.

  • Objection Handling: Professionally address common questions or concerns to encourage prospects to commit to a consultation.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in a call center, telemarketing, or administrative role. Experience in Appointment Setting is a major advantage.

  • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. You must have a professional, friendly, and confident phone manner.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple tabs, CRM software, and digital calendars simultaneously.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while working independently from home.

Technical Requirements (Remote Setup)

  • Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download).

  • Equipment: A laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM and a professional noise-canceling USB headset.
