We are seeking a results-driven Amazon & Noon Virtual Assistant to manage our e-commerce operations in the UAE and KSA markets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Seller Central accounts, ensuring our products are visible, competitive, and highly rated. This role requires a deep understanding of the local Middle Eastern e-commerce landscape, including seasonal trends like Ramadan and White Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Optimization: Create and manage high-converting product listings on Amazon.ae and Noon.com, including SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and A+ Content.

• Account Health Monitoring: Maintain 100% account health by managing customer feedback, resolving IP claims, and ensuring timely responses to buyer messages.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Noon FBN (Fulfilled by Noon) to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.

• PPC & Advertising: Launch and optimize sponsored product campaigns to drive traffic while maintaining a healthy ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales).

• Price Monitoring: Use repricing tools to stay competitive in the Buy Box against other sellers.

• Shipment Creation: Coordinate the logistics of sending stock to Amazon/Noon warehouses, including labeling and booking appointments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Global or UAE) and Noon Seller Lab.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements for e-commerce and local shipping couriers.

• Language: Professional English is required. Arabic (written) is a major advantage for localizing listings and responding to regional customers.

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or IT is preferred.

Technical Requirements:

• Amazon Tools: Proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Viral Launch for keyword research and product tracking.

• Noon Tools: Mastery of the Noon Seller Lab dashboard and NIS (New Item Setup) files.

• Design: Basic Canva or Photoshop skills to create or edit product images and infographics.

• Excel: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and bulk flat-file uploads.

Work Details:

• Location: 100% Remote (Preference for candidates available during UAE business hours).

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (Flexible hours possible).

• Compensation: Monthly Base Salary + Performance Bonuses based on sales growth and account health.
