We are seeking motivated individuals for our Remote Data Entry Clerk position. This is an entry-level role designed for those looking to start a career in administrative support or data management. No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training to get you up to speed. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately to help us manage a high volume of digital information for our growing database.
Data Input: Accurately enter information from digital documents and scanned images into our company database.
Verification: Cross-reference data entries with source documents to ensure 100% accuracy.
Data Cleaning: Identify and correct spelling errors, duplicate entries, or missing information in the system.
Digital Filing: Organize and categorize electronic files to ensure easy retrieval for other departments.
Reporting: Maintain a daily log of completed tasks and report any technical issues to the IT support team.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: None required; we value a willing-to-learn attitude over prior history.
Skills: Basic computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail.
Speed: A minimum typing speed of 35–40 WPM (Words Per Minute).
Language: Proficient in written English.
Hardware: A personal computer or laptop (Chromebooks are usually acceptable).
Internet: Reliable high-speed internet connection for accessing cloud-based software.
Environment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace for your designated shift.
Software: Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not mandatory.
Shift: Flexible hours available (Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts).
