We are looking for a forward-thinking AI & Marketing Automation Specialist to revolutionize our marketing operations. Your mission is to eliminate manual tasks and optimize the customer journey using cutting-edge AI tools and automated workflows. You will sit at the intersection of technology and marketing, ensuring our tech stack is integrated, our data is actionable, and our messaging is hyper-personalized at scale.
Workflow Engineering: Design and implement end-to-end automation sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
AI Implementation: Integrate Generative AI (LLMs) into content workflows to accelerate production and personalize customer interactions.
Stack Integration: Connect disparate platforms (CRM, Email, Social, Web) using APIs and middleware like Zapier or Make.com.
Data Intelligence: Set up automated lead scoring models and predictive analytics to identify high-value opportunities.
A/B Testing: Deploy automated experiments for subject lines, landing pages, and ad copy to continuously improve conversion rates.
Auditing: Regularly audit automated journeys to ensure data integrity and a seamless user experience.
Experience: 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Marketing Ops, or Digital Automation.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the big picture of a customer journey and identify where automation adds the most value.
Problem Solving: A hacker mentality—finding creative ways to make different software systems talk to each other.
Analytical Skills: Comfort working with large datasets to extract performance insights.
Middleware: Expert proficiency in Zapier, Make.com (formerly Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
AI Tools: Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic, Jasper, or Midjourney for marketing applications.
CRMs/MAPs: Mastery of platforms like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce.
Analytics: Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tracking pixels.
Basic Scripting: Knowledge of Python or JavaScript (for custom API requests) is a significant plus.
Shift: Flexible / Performance-Based.
Schedule: Full-time or Project-based Retainer.
Mode: 100% Remote.
