Home Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Associate – Order Picker to support our fast-paced retail and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for in-store pickup and delivery. You will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by meeting accuracy, quality, and productivity standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Accurately pick customer orders from store shelves or warehouse locations using handheld devices
Pack and stage orders efficiently for in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or delivery
Verify product quantities, quality, and specifications to ensure order accuracy
Load and unload merchandise safely, following company procedures
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with safety guidelines
Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and merchandise organization as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfillment targets
Provide support to customers or store associates when required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Basic computer or handheld device skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines
Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, retail, or logistics is an advantage
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Experience handling merchandise, inventory, or fulfillment systems is a plus
Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full-time and part-time schedules may be offered depending on business needs
Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to required weight limits
Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Knowledge of basic safety practices and warehouse procedures
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
