Job Summary

Home Depot is seeking motivated and dependable General Warehouse Associates to support our fast-paced distribution and logistics operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to support our retail stores and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided where required)

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Ensure products are stored safely and organized within the warehouse

• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and performance goals

• Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods

• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Experience

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is an advantage but not required

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Flexible schedules including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on operational needs

• Overtime may be available during peak periods
