Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our footwear retail team as Weekend Footwear Advisors. This role is perfect for students looking for flexible, high-paying weekend work while gaining valuable retail and customer service experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Provide expert advice on footwear selection based on customer preferences, needs, and trends.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and organized.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.

• Manage stock, including replenishment, inventory checks, and reporting discrepancies.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

• Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday).
