Participate in structured engineering training programs and workshops.
Assist senior engineers and technical teams with projects, maintenance, and operational tasks.
Apply theoretical knowledge gained from academic studies to practical, real-world engineering scenarios.
Monitor and report on project progress and operational tasks under supervision.
Ensure adherence to Eskoms safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.

National Senior Certificate (Matric) with strong grades in Mathematics, Physical Science, and English.
Completed or in-progress tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant Engineering fields is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
No prior work experience is required. This learnership is specifically designed for candidates at the entry-level, including recent graduates and school leavers seeking practical exposure.
Full-time learnership program (Monday to Friday)
