Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the AWS organization. This role is critical to the success of fast-paced, high-impact teams and requires a professional who can operate with discretion, anticipate needs, and manage complex administrative responsibilities with precision.
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to AWS leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective communication, and optimal time management. Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior AWS leaders
Manage complex calendars, scheduling across global time zones, and prioritize competing demands
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expense reporting
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and briefing documents
Serve as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
Organize and support meetings, off-sites, and leadership events (virtual and in-person)
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Identify process improvements and implement administrative best practices
Support onboarding of new team members and assist with team logistics as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Ability to anticipate executive needs and work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environment
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
3–7 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a technology or global organization
Experience working in a matrixed, fast-growing, or large enterprise environment is highly desirable
Prior experience supporting multiple leaders or complex teams is a plus
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday
Flexibility required to accommodate global meetings across multiple time zones
Hybrid or office-based work model depending on location and business needs
