Job Summary

Amazon is seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our Operations team for the Weekend Night Shift. In this role, you will be a key part of Amazons fulfillment network, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, stow, pick, pack, and ship customer orders using Amazon systems and processes

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and scanners (training provided)

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and speed in all fulfillment tasks

• Follow all safety, security, and operational guidelines at all times

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Meet productivity and quality performance standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Report damaged inventory, safety concerns, or process issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Basic computer or handheld scanner operation skills

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality

Experience

• No prior warehouse or logistics experience required

• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, retail, or manufacturing is an advantage

• Amazon provides comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires

Working Hours

• Shift Type: Weekend Night Shift

• Schedule: Typically Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday nights

• Hours: Night shifts may range from 8–12 hours depending on operational needs

• Overtime may be available during peak seasons

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry packages for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) with or without reasonable accommodation

• Good time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment
