Job Summary

Amazon Fresh is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations within our Amazon Fresh fulfillment centers. This role is critical in ensuring fresh, high-quality grocery products are accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and prepared for timely delivery to customers. As a Grocery Warehouse Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while upholding Amazons high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize grocery inventory, including fresh produce, frozen items, and packaged goods

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup

• Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable items according to food safety and quality standards

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and scanners (training provided)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets

• Support peak operations during high-volume periods as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Ability to use handheld devices and warehouse management systems

• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, grocery, or retail experience is an advantage but not required

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time roles
