Job Summary

Amazon is seeking dedicated, safety-focused, and physically capable XL Warehouse Associates to join our large-item (XL) fulfillment and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, moving, and preparing oversized and heavy products (50 lbs and above) for storage and delivery. You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive large items such as furniture, appliances, and equipment accurately, safely, and on time. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments and value teamwork, consistency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect XL inventory including furniture, appliances, and other oversized products

• Safely lift, carry, push, pull, and stack items weighing 50 lbs or more, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, carts, and forklifts (training provided if required)

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare large items for outbound shipment and last-mile delivery

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment

• Accurately scan, label, and track inventory using handheld devices and warehouse management systems

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Report damaged goods, safety concerns, or process issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to safely handle heavy and oversized items on a consistent basis

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards

Experience

• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or physical labor experience is preferred but not required

• Experience handling large or heavy items is an advantage

• Amazon provides on-the-job training for entry-level candidates

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required
